As a continuation of our Early Years Education program at Lalilu Creative Preschool that has been recognized for 15 years of international creative teaching in Warsaw, we invite students to join our Primary school for the academic year 2026/27.

Foundation Year is the first stage of our Primary Programme, created for children born in 2020 to establish strong academic foundations, develop confident reading skills in both Polish and English, and enter Grade 1 fully prepared to benefit from an international education.

We are dedicated to providing a dynamic and inclusive environment that fosters the unique talents and passions of each student. We believe that education should be both challenging and enjoyable, where academic achievement and personal growth go hand in hand.

Engaging teaching approach nurtures each student’s potential while instilling a love for learning.

Our aim is to support students in achieving their academic best while also cultivating important life skills, values, and character traits that extend beyond the classroom.

Our curriculum inspires a lifelong love of learning, and our passionate educators are committed to guiding each student toward excellence. We recognise that success isn’t defined solely by grades—skills like resilience, creativity, and leadership are just as crucial for a rewarding and purposeful life.

Curriculum

Our program offers a compelling, supportive and innovative international curriculum that guides all children in their journey of learning. As we are currently preparing to become an IB candidate school we offer a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based and student-centered education that incorporates re-evaluated traditional pedagogical methods and global best practices. Our daily literacy sessions are delivered using the well-recognised British programme Read Write Inc. (RWI), which provides a structured and systematic approach to phonics and early reading.

We are dedicated to nurturing globally-minded, academically-driven students who embrace the values of inquiry, intercultural understanding, and excellence, preparing them to excel in a rapidly changing and interconnected world.

Strong focus on the individual to achieve academic success

Through a personalised approach, we cultivate a deeper understanding of all students, which helps them thrive and grow in a nurturing academic environment. Our school’s primary education is based on the core belief that all students can learn effectively when motivated and interested.

Our international school has small classes to provide each student with a personalized education. All subjects are taught in English, complemented by an additional nine hours per week of Polish primary education.

Music Programme

The Primary School Music Programme invites children on an exciting journey to discover and develop their musical potential. All learners attend weekly music lessons in their classrooms where they build foundational knowledge and musical fluency. Teachers encourage children to engage in active listening, compose their own pieces, and confidently share their work with their classmates.

In addition to classroom lessons, students take part in weekly choir sessions as part of the Lalilu Children’s Choir, where they develop vocal technique, teamwork and performance skills.

Students can enjoy individual instrument instrumental music lessons, choosing from piano, violin or percussion. These one-to-one lessons are delivered by experienced music teachers and are scheduled at varying days of each week to minimize disruption to academic learning.

Mindful environment

In everything we do, we nurture each child’s social and emotional wellbeing, so they feel safe and can grow at their own pace. We model, practice and expect children to develop empathy, show kindness and demonstrate perseverance when faced with a challenge. We achieve this through personalised care and attention, which is highly valued and frequently commented on by our families. Additionally, we are introducing regular mindfulness practice at our school to give our students tools and techniques to manage their emotions and build resilience.

How our students work:

  • Students learn to work collaboratively in groups.
  • Students accept responsibility and make informed decisions.
  • Students develop open-mindedness and balance, learn to consider multiple perspectives and actively learn about sustainable practices.
  • Students become caring individuals who practice empathy and take action to shape the world.

Students are encouraged to be risk-takers and active participants in their learning journey, developing skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and organization.

At our Primary School, we are committed to helping each child uncover their unlimited potential. Our highly-experienced teachers support the well-being of our students and seek to help them explore their strengths by fostering learning habits for life.

Foundation Year 2026/2027

Foundation Year is the first stage of our Primary Programme and a natural continuation for children currently attending Lalilu.

For the 2026/2027 academic year, we are planning two Foundation Year groups for children born in 2020.

While most places are reserved for children continuing from Lalilu, we are also opening a limited number of places for external families who share our educational philosophy and would like to join the school at its founding stage.

Children enrolled in Foundation Year are guaranteed a place in Grade 1 the following academic year.

The admissions process includes:

  • a parent meeting
  • a trial day at Lalilu Preschool

Due to the intentionally small class sizes, the number of available places is limited.

Please call +48 730 322 122 to schedule a meeting.
